İlkokulda beden eğitimi dersinin branş öğretmeni tarafından okutulmasının öğrencilerin psikomotor ve duyuşsal gelişimlerine etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokul üçüncü sınıf beden eğitimi ve oyun derslerinin branş öğretmeni tarafından okutulmasının öğrencilerin psikomotor ve duyuşsal gelişimlerine etkisini incelemektir. Materyal ve Metod: Araştırmada yarı deneysel yöntem uygulanmıştır. Araştırma grubunu, ilkokul üçüncü sınıf 50 deney ve 50 kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplam 100 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak "TGMD-3 Testi", "Okula Bağlılık Ölçeği" ve araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan "Demografik Bilgi Formu" kullanılmıştır. Deney grubu öğrencilerine 14 haftalık Fiziki Etkinlik Kartları uygulanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS istatistik paket programı kullanılarak bilgisayar ortamında analiz edilmiştir. Deney ve kontrol grubu "Independent Samples T" testi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Normal dağılım gösteren tekrarlı ölçüm verileri "Tekrarlı ölçümlerde iki yönlü varyans analizi" kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerin ön test, ara test ve son test; lokomotor, nesne kontrol ve kaba motor becerileri ile okula bağlılık ölçeği ölçekli puanlarına ait grup etkisinin istatiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu ve eta kare değeri etki büyüklüğünün yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin okula bağlılık toplam puan ve ölçeğin alt boyutlatını oluşturan öğretmene ve arkadaşa bağlılık alt boyut puanları arasında anlamlı fark tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: İlkokulda beden eğitimi ve oyun derslerinin sınıf öğretmenleri yerine branş öğretmeni tarafından okutulması öğrencilerin psikomotor ve duyuşsal gelişimine olumlu etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Aim: The aim of this research is to examine the effects of teaching third grade physical education and game lessons by the branch teacher on the psychomotor and affective development of students. Material and Method: In the research, quasi-experimental method was applied. The research group consists of a total of 100 primary school third grade students, 50 of which are in the experimental group and 50 in the control group. "TGMD-3 Test", "School Engagement Scale" and "Demographic Information Form" created by the researcher were used as data collection tools. 14-week Physical Activity Cards were applied to the experimental group students. The obtained data were analyzed in computer environment using SPSS statistical package program. Experimental and control groups were evaluated using the "Independent Samples T" test. Normally distributed repeated measurement data were evaluated using "Two-way analysis of variance in repeated measurements". Results: Pre-test, mid-test and post-test of the experimental and control group students; It was determined that the group effect of locomotor, object control and gross motor skills and school engagement scale scores was statistically significant and the eta square value effect size was high. A significant difference was found between the total scores of students' commitment to school and the sub-dimensions of commitment to teachers and friends, which are the sub-dimensions of the scale. Conclusion: It was concluded that physical education and game lessons in primary school were taught by branch teachers instead of classroom teachers, which had a positive effect on students' psychomotor and affective development.
