Araştırmanın amacı, masal ve hikâye türünün sentezlendiği mensur bir halk ürünü olan Tûtî-nâme'de yer alan kök değerler (adalet, dostluk, dürüstlük, öz denetim, sabır, saygı, sevgi, sorumluluk, vatanseverlik ve yardımseverlik) ile bu değerlere bağlı alt değerlerin nasıl aktarıldığını incelemek ve değer eğitiminin etkili bir dil ve sosyal bir yöntemle kazandırılmasında Tûtî-nâme'nin bir materyal olarak kullanılmasının uygunluğunu tespit etmektir. Ayrıca eserde değerlerin aktarımında hangi yöntemlerin kullanıldığı ve değerlerin hangi sıklıkta işlendiği araştırmanın alt amaçları arasında yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada çalışma materyali olarak Konya Bölge Yazma Eserler Kütüphanesinde 42 Kon 3739 arşiv numarasında kayıtlı olan yazma eser incelenmiştir. Verilerin toplanması işleminde yöntem olarak doküman incelemesi kullanılırken verilerin analizinde ise betimsel ve içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Eser; günümüz alfabesine çevrildikten sonra eserde yer alan hikâyeler önce özetlenmiş, daha sonra en küçük eylem birimi olan epizotlarına ayrılmış ve her hikâyede aktarılmak istenen iletiler tespit edilmiştir. Hikâyelerde değerlerin nasıl işlendiği belirlenmiş ve bulgular eserden alıntılarla desteklenerek yorumlanmıştır. 75 hikâyede toplam 39 kök değer ve alt değer tespit edilmiştir. Eserde en çok dürüstlük, öz denetim, sevgi, yardımseverlik, sorumluluk, vatanseverlik ve dostluk değeri işlenmiştir. Saygı, adalet ve sabır değerlerine ise daha az rastlanmıştır. Yazıldığı dönemin kültürü ve sosyal hayatına ışık tutan Tûtî-nâme'nin içerdiği hikâyelerle değer eğitimine önemli ölçüde katkı sağlayacağı ve bu hikâyelerin çoğunun ders kitaplarında yer alabileceği tespit edilmiştir. The aim of the research is to examine how the root values (justice, friendship, honesty, self-control, patience, respect, love, responsibility, patriotism and benevolence) in Tûtîname, a prose folk product in which fairy tales and stories are synthesized, and the sub-values connected to these values are transferred. and to determine the appropriateness of using Tûtî-nâme as a material in teaching values education with an effective language and social method. In addition, which methods are used in the transfer of values in the work and how often the values are processed are among the sub-objectives of the research. In this study, as the study material, the manuscript registered in the Konya Regional Manuscripts Library in the archive number 42 Kon 3739 was examined. Document analysis was used as the method in the data collection process, while descriptive and content analysis methods were used in the analysis of the data. After the work was translated into today's alphabet, the stories in the work were first summarized, then divided into episodes, which is the smallest action unit, and the messages to be conveyed in each story were determined. How the values were processed was determined in the stories and the findings were interpreted by supporting the quotations from the work. A total of 39 root values and sub-values were determined in 75 stories. In the work, the values of honesty, self-control, love, benevolence, responsibility, patriotism and friendship are mostly processed. Values of respect, justice and patience were less common. It has been determined that Tûtî-nâme, which sheds light on the culture and social life of the period in which it was written, will contribute significantly to value education with the tales and stories it contains and many of these stories can be included in the textbooks.
