Malatya'da doğurganlık yaşındaki kadınlarda rubella seropozitifliği

Abstract

Öz:Amaç: Doğurgan yaş grubu kadınlarda rubella seropozitifliğini belirlemek, Materyal ve metot: 8287 hamile olan toplam 4042 doğurganlık yaşındaki kadınların serumunda mikro ELISA yöntemiyle rubella IgM ve IgG antikorları saptandı. Bulgular: 4042 örneğin 25'inde (%0.6) rubella IgM, 3314'ünde (%82.4) rubella IgG ve 18'inde (%0.4) rubella IgM + IgG pozitif saptandı. Yaşları 18-35 arası olan hamile kadınlarda rubella IgM pozitifliğine rastlanılmazken, rubella IgG pozitifliği %87 olarak saptandı. Sonuç: Doğurgan yaş grubu kadınların %18'i rubella infeksiyonu açısından risk altındadır. Material and method: Rubella IgM and IgG antibodies were determinated by ELISA in the sera of 4042 reproductive women, 828 pregnant Results: Of the 4042 samples, 25 (0.6%) were positive for rubella IgM, 3314 (82.4%) for rubella IgM and 18 (0.4%) for rubella IgM + IgG. Rubella IgM seropositivity was not observed in the pregnant women between eighteen to thirty-five years of age, but rubella IgG seropositivity was found in 87% of this group. Conclusion: These results demostrate that the percentage of risk for rubella infection is 18% in reproductive women.
