dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teachers’ organizational justice level and their organizational cynicism level. This quantitative study was designed in associational research model. A total of 313 teachers employed in primary schools in central district of Sivas, participated in this study. This study used two different instrument to gather data. One of them was organizational justice scale developed by Vance, Brooks and Tesluk (1997) and adopted into Turkish by Kalağan and Güzeller (2008). The other one was organizational cynicism scale developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and adopted into Turkish by Polat (2007). To determine relationship between organizational justice and organizational cynicism, correlation analysis and simple and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results revealed that there was a high relationship between organizational justice and organizational cynicism. Results also mirrored that the sub dimensions of the organizational justices entitled operative and allocative justice predicted the organizational cynicism. Results of the study were discussed in line with the related literature. tr_TR
